ALEAS stands for “Adaptive LEArning Solutions”

Our Adaptive Learning Solution approach was generated by learning-related challenges of the 21st century and modern opportunities.  Our approach identifies each user's managerial behavior patterns, and assesses the achievement made. Our systems significantly increase the efficiency of the learning process.

“Adaptivity” refers to the flexibility of our system. For example, the user’s given level of precognition in regard to content as well as the user’s current skill level, or even the user’s position/role within the organization may be set as a parameter. Our solutions can be designed so that the given level of content or challenge is dependent on the variables. Naturally, the individual attributes of the client’s target group can be incorporated into the set of variables.

The general approach towards learning has changed dramatically from that of the past. Instead of the traditional “push” style - i.e. didactic lecture-based, rote learning designed for the masses,  the “pull” style, i.e. learning opportunities based on self-service, individualized knowledge gathering is now preferred. In practice, this means that students resist intense information overload and prefer situations in which small, digestible blocks of knowledge are made conveniently available to them. In this new learning model, direct knowledge dissemination is focused more on availability and ways to use information, and not so much on communicating the information itself.

Today’s students demand a self-paced, self-scheduled, self-monitored learning process. They often break up the learning into short periods, with individual orientation in the learning materials. In addition, students naturally tend to pay attention to interesting, attractive information that can be reached through different media. This means that trainers have to lay greater emphasis on raising and keeping the students’ attention more than ever before.

New learning methods are necessary that make participants acquire new, useful knowledge in enjoyable, attention grabbing ways, adjusted to students’ individual needs and approaches. As the time reserved for knowledge acquisition continues to decrease, it is also crucial for teaching methods to become more efficient and intensive.
