Why ALEAS Approach is better?

For ALEAS, e-learning content development is much more than a simple programming task. In every instance, we strive to find just the right content as well as the most appropriate format and instructional method suited to the individual client’s environment.  Based on our experience, companies want ever more complicated themes incorporated into their e-learning systems. The efficiency of this depends on the applied instructional methodology.

For example, if an insurance company’s agents are having a hard time figuring out how to fill out the company’s frequently changing and complicated forms, we wouldn’t recommend preparing  step-by-step guidelines to teach the agents how to properly complete the forms.  Instead, we would create a sample form and set up a test course in which the most frequent mistakes are simulated. In place of passive learning, we would encourage the user to try a practical interaction which focuses on the real areas they need to improve while providing direct feedback to their work.  Our goal is to help our partners reliably and quickly enhance their business performance.
