Milestones of ALEAS’s History

ALEAS was established in 1994, as a subsidiary of IQ ConsultinG Ltd., to carry out organizational development projects and related executive consulting tasks. Our aim was to create a flexible, internationally compatible consulting firm that gains its power from its professional strategic alliances, as well as from the value-creating integration of traditional and the most up-to-date methodology.

In January 2003, IQ ConsultinG’s management initiated a self-financing project to create SCORM-based management development e-simulations. As an acknowledgement of its professional value, our first product, “ChangeManagement” won the special prize for innovation of the Central European Product Grand Prize in 2005.

Two other simulations under the me-Learning brand include ProjectManagement, 2006 and Performance Management , 2007. Concurrent to the success of the out-of-the-box me-Learning products, we started up a new business unit dedicated to the development of custom-made solutions.

ALEAS is an international game-based e-learning solution provider headquartered in Budapest, Hungary with representation in Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia and Los Angeles, California. We manage a large number of international projects. Since 2005, ALEAS has been continuously providing e-learning solutions to leading multi-national corporations, including SHELL Hague.

Renowned Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi granted ALEAS  Simulations, Inc. exclusive rights in 2007 to develop “FLOW is Good Business™ – the Official Game-based E-simulation“ based on his world famous flow theory.
