ALEAS Quality Assurance System
ALEAS Group (through its holding company IQ ConsultinG) acquired the ISO 9001:2000 standard qualification for its managerial consulting and organizational development activities. The qualification procedure was carried out by TÜV Rheinland InterCert Ltd. Our registration number is 75.1009.201. When updating our quality assurance system, we extended the standardized operation to all development and production process of electronic learning materials, thus our qualification has included all of our activities related to e-learning development since 2005. ALEAS has three quality principles: - Focus on customer service – Our comprehensive quality concept is one based on service and support to both external and internal customers. To best serve our clients, ALEAS employees understand they have to first be supportive and committed to the team.
- Continuous process improvement –ALEAS business processes are designed to solicit both customer and employee feedback which is the primary basis of our continuous process improvement philosophy.
- Personal and total commitment – Every ALEAS employee on all levels with in the company applies his/her talents with commitment and focus to satisfy customer needs. The quality assurance of ALEAS applies to our subcontractors and strategic partners as well.
ALEAS measures, i.e. constantly controls its own achievement on three levels: - Smooth function of organizational processes (the quality of our work).
- Parameters of our end products (the quality of our service).
- Customer satisfaction (the quality of our presence on the market).
