eFestival Prize Winner – Digital Media Application (2009)

November, 2009 brought a significant acknowledgement for the ALEAS edutainment team. The me-Learning^® Performance Management  simulation course was awarded by the silver prize of „eFestival 2009” in the category for applied digital media.  The annual ceremony is a renowned forum for high-profile online multimedia industry in Central Europe.

The jury was influenced by the adaptive feedback system designed and patented by ALEAS that allows of personalized learning in the PerformanceManagement simulation. In this  simulated story, the user becomes a racing sailboat team leader in The America’s Cup having to find the best motivational and performance management techniques for the team to achieve synergic success.

The first round of users were among the middle-managers of The Hungarian Post Co, as a preparation for their newly institutionalized performance management system.

Grand Prize Comenus Edumedia (2008)

In June of 2008 at the global prize award ceremony in Berlin the jury awarded ALEAS’ “Touristic Destination Management” simulation with the Comenus Edumedia Medal - the most prestigious European electronic educational prize for an adaptive educational solution. ALEAS developed the simulation, under contract from the Hungarian government, as a tool to help tourism industy leaders model various organizational and decision models.

Quality Product Award for me-Learning® ChangeManagement Simulation (2005)
