The significant experience of ALEAS shows that there are certain fields (e.g. skills-development) where traditional and electronic learning methodologies can be blended together in order to increase training efficiency. We offer out-of-the-box blended learning solutions to me-Learning^® products to prove this.

Therefore, a me-Learning electronic course is not just software. The skill development process of active micro-simulations is well-aided by classic managerial training sessions with a flexible length of two hours up to two days – on the basis of client preference. The main advantage of blended learning solutions is that the learner is not left to herself during a longer learning process: our trainers and consultants offer a kick-off and a closing workshop to enhance successful and effective learning.
