Successful start on the job market Title of the Learning Content: Interview-simulation
Sanoma is the leading media group in the Nordic countries with a strong European presence operating in diverse fields of media in over 20 countries. The group is also among the top five European magazine publishers. ALEAS provided a special educational information simulation designed to grab the attention of the younger generation which was put on the company’s job search portal. The program simulates a job interview in a fictional commercial bank. The storyline and design are youthful and cheerful but at the same time convey the importance of the bank’s organization. The simulation helps in both a playful and meaningful manner those who want to work in financial institutions to prepare for the interview. ALEAS developed the youth-oriented e-learning interview simulation for SANOMA based on the following parameter:
This ALEAS course helped the Sanoma job portal to achieve one of its most successful youth campaigns with several thousand registrations.
