What does „ALEAS” mean?

The acronym ALEAS refers to our special  methodology in which the  user’s preferred leadership style is adapted in the simulation’s evaluation system. We call this solution “Adaptive Learning System”. This feature is currently the most important feature of the me-Learning concept.

We apply this adaptive approach, i.e. automatic customization to the user’s needs, regularly in every contracted project.
